RETURNS
As the products on this site are mainly made to order (stock items excluded), we cannot process a free replacement because you don’t like the design or the final result. You have commissioned the item to be produced.
Before placing the order, make sure the design, specification, materials etc are correct, and make sure that you like everything. If you have any doubts about materials or designs feel free to contact us (stuart@sangsterdesigns.com). What matters most is that the final decision is yours.
Refunds will be given on a case to case basis and we are not responsible for any shipping costs on refund returns. We may give a partial refund in certain circumstances, but a full refund will not be possible since the item was commissioned to your specifications.
WARRANTY
If for any reason your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately on receipt and we will advise a course of action.
It is advisable to remove Jewellery if you think there is a chance of water immersion.
It is advisable to remove Jewellery if you think there will be a chance of impact or shock.
We will process a replacement for a damaged item after we investigate the cause of the damage.
If it is found that the damage is not due to our negligence, we will not process a replacement.
If for any reason, you deem a commissioned ring to be too small, we will process one free ring sizing (unfortunately due to the custom nature of the rings the size can only be increased and not decreased. Increased sizing impacts the inside diameter of the ring only).
Maximum increase in ring size would be 1 to 1 1/2 sizes up, this would depend on ring design, materials etc.
